Custom shape zinc alloy medals with V stitched polyester or rPET 80cm ribbons, printed full colour on both sides.
The medals have a soft enamel design on the front which has a slightly recessed texture due to the thickness of the enamel paint.
Optionally you can add a raised or sunken logo design on the backside.
Individual names and numbers can be engraved on the backside of each medal; all in the same existing font and provided in excel.
Plating colours & winning medals: choose from 8 different plating colours and pick the one that best matches your design. We also offer the unique option to include the '3 winning medals' for the first prize, the runner up and the third position. Choose from the 2 sets of 3 plating colours with each a unique number and/or name on the backside.
Example: if you order 100 pieces you will receive 97 medals in the selected plating plus 3 pieces in the winning colours of your choice.
Zinc alloy material is lighter and more durable than iron and most importantly it can be cast with finer details, making it the best choice for designs with intricate feature and, holes in the medal design.
Zinc alloy medals can be made in sizes up to ca. 65mm. The thickness is ca. 2mm for designs up to 50mm and 3mm for larger sizes.
The prices include delivery to one address in the country your company is registerred with us; except for countries outside Europe and non mainland.
