Domaine de la Baume chardonnay 2018
This chardonnay is a modern soft-fruited white wine from France's Languedoc region. The wine has a shiny golden colour and intense aromas of fresh apricot and juicy white peach. The taste is nice and full of white fruit, with hints of white pepper and a pleasantly long finish. Delicious as an aperitif and goes very well with fish dishes, white meat and Asian cuisine.

Alba de Luces Tempranillo Crianza 2019
This tempranillo from Rioja is full-bodied red with a slight purple edge. The nose treats to a basket of mixed red fruits, fine minerality and spiciness combined with the seductive and nicely dosed wood aromas. The nose immediately invites you to taste. Almost unctuous ripened red fruit with round tannins and lightly roasted spices and tobacco obtained from the lagering period. Excellent companion to all kinds of flavourful dishes from Mediterranean cuisine, especially meat or poultry stews, roasted or grilled lamb, veal or pork, poultry, and aged, hard Spanish cheeses such as idiazábal or roncal.

Nero Marone Primitivo 2021
The region of Puglia in southern Italy is known for its beautiful primitivo wines. In colour ruby red with notes of violet. In the nose highly expressive with intense notes of ripe black fruit, strawberry jam and spices. In the mouth a concentrated wine with complexity. The wine is rich, full and round. Delicious with roasted root vegetables, lamb, veal, chili con carne and grilled ham.

Casa la Tenca Carmenère 2021
Carmenère from Chile! Carmenère grows in small bunches here, which gives the grapes tremendous flavour intensity, power and colour. The wine has a complex and intense aroma with notes of blackcurrant, blackberry, red flowers, bay leaf, a little pepper and light vanilla from the oak. The taste is beautifully intense, has ripe, fresh tannins, plenty of dark (forest) fruit and the finish is long and lively. Delicious with tournedos, rabbit or a nice stew.

Hans Greyl Sauvignon 2022
This sauvignon blanc is a wonderfully fresh wine from New Zealand. The colour is light golden with a slight greenish tinge. The delicious aroma of gooseberry and citrus, so characteristic of a Sauvignon from New Zealand, makes you want to take an immediate sip. The taste is crisp fresh and buoyant with apple, citrus, peach, mango and apricot. Delicious with light salads, goat cheese and asparagus. Nevertheless, equally delicious to drink in its own right.
